Temp General Worker

Purpose of job: Durbanville Hills is seeking energetic, dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Cellar Operations team on a temporary basis for the upcoming harvest season. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are available for seasonal employment. We are recruiting temporary employees across the following area: General Workers Key Responsibilities General Workers Assist with general cleaning and housekeeping duties. Support grape handling and production activities. Load, unload, and move materials as required. Maintain a safe and orderly work environment. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 qualification. Physically fit and able to work in a demanding cellar environment. Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required. Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions. Previous experience in a winery, cellar, laboratory, production, or agricultural environment will be advantageous. Competencies Reliability and punctuality. Strong work ethic. Attention to detail.
