Senior Credit Controller

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Credit Controller to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's debtors' portfolio, ensuring timely collection of outstanding accounts, minimizing credit risk, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Supervise staff Plan and manage leave Manage KPI's of team Assist in managing discipline of the team Assist in training and development of team Adjust credit limits Follow-up on credit limits and adjust when required Assist with the opening of new stores accounts Compile monthly reports Liaise with customers Follow-up on overdue accounts Manage and follow-up on customers who have exceeded their credit limit
