National Diploma in a relevant field (Essential/Minimum). Certificate First Line Management (Recommended/Desirable) Certificate Project Management (Recommended/Desirable) Minimum of 8 years' experience in project planning, specifically within the mining or heavy industry sector, with exposure to medium to large projects. Proficiency in project management software such as MS Projects or Primavera. Strong organisational and time-management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent analytical skills for conducting critical path and earned value analyses to monitor project performance and identify improvement areas. Effective communication and teamwork capabilities, including experience mentoring and coaching planning professionals. Competence in MS Office Suite relevant packages (Essential/Minimum). Valid Public Driving License, Code B (Essential/Minimum). Ability to ensure compliance with company standards, governance, and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present project-related information clearly to stakeholders.
