Marketing and Admissions Assistant

Waterfall Schools is a trio of Christian independent schools based in Hillcrest, KZN, incorporating Waterfall Pre-Primary, Waterfall Preparatory and Waterfall College. We are looking to recruit a: Marketing and Admissions Assistant Minimum requirements: The successful applicant will need to be proactive, confident, warm and approachable, with a natural flair for engaging with visitors and the school community; a person of integrity who shares the vision and values of the school. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong admin skills, including use of Google and Microsoft apps Attention to detail Good time management, with the ability to manage a wide range of demands A team player with an ability to build strong working relationships at all levels Experience in marketing Being able to speak Zulu would be advantageous. Main duties: The successful candidate will report to the Schools’ Marketing and Communications Manager and work within the Schools Marketing and Admissions Team Responding to enquiries and conducting tours for prospective families Assisting with the efficient processing of admissions Working with the Marketing team to create compelling content about our school Planning and coordination of school events Providing administrative support to the Central Office To apply, please click here or visit http://www.waterfallcollege.co.za/hr-marketing .
