Job Description Senwes Grainlink is looking for enthusiastic and motivated young individuals who want to kickstart a career in the agricultural industry. As a Grainlink learner, you’ll gain hands-on experience at one of our silos while completing formal training to qualify as a Junior Grain Grader. What to Expect: A 12-month structured learnership programme at one of our Senwes Grainlink silos. On-the-job training in silo operations, grain handling, and administration. Exposure to different grain commodities (maize, sunflower, soya, etc.). Accredited training in grain grading and essential workplace skills (computer literacy, communication, etc.). Job Requirements National Senior Certificate (Grade 12). Valid drivers license. Ages between 18 and 25 years. Interest in agriculture or technical fields. Willingness to work at a silo and learn about grain operations.
