We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Data Analyst to join our team. Role Purpose The Junior Data Analyst will support the business by collecting, analysing, and interpreting operational and financial data to generate actionable insights. Working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Production, and IT, the role will contribute to reporting, forecasting, business performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Analyse sales, stock, financial, and operational data to identify trends and business insights. • Review sales age analysis reports and provide recommendations where applicable. • Monitor stock movement and inventory holding trends. • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and management information for stakeholders. • Support the development and maintenance of reporting tools and business intelligence solutions. • Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and reporting needs. • Assist with forecasting, planning, and business performance analysis. • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting. • Respond to ad hoc reporting and analytical requests from various departments. • Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to analytical processes and reports. Minimum Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field. • 0–2 years' experience in a data analytics, reporting, finance, or business intelligence environment. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other reporting tools will be advantageous.
