Delivers HR best practice and commercially focused HR solutions by providing advisory and consulting services to high revenue generating departments, critical functions and senior management. Minimum Criteria Required Grade 12 or relevant NQF level 4 qualification Relevant Degree or Diploma Relevant 3 year Degree Experience 3-5 Yrs Relevant Working Experience Relevant Job Knowledge Job knowledge in all relevant strategic HR functions (talent management, workforce planning, change management, employment equity, training and development, employee relations, performance management, recruitment processes, non- exhaustive) Knowledgeable on in all regulatory and statutory legislation Knowledgeable on overall and competitor HR trends. Key Performance Areas • Developing effective working relationships, influencing and challenging the senior management team in support of the achievement of the business area and HR strategies. • Provide support and give input on the research, design and development of HR initiatives/ HR projects in support of the HR strategy. • Coach and develop team-leaders, supervisors and management with the appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their workforce, focusing on, workforce planning, performance management, talent and retention management, career pathing, succession planning, employee relations/industrial relations and recruitment and selection. • Provide transformational guidance and advice to line management in order to support change management initiatives. • Implement HR measures to promote the organisation’s core values and influence the organisational culture. • Assist with the planning, implementation and monitoring of area specific HR plans in relation to the full HR spectrum. • Represent the company at CCMA in conciliation and arbitration matters to minimize financial awards against the company. • Provide customer focused HR services to all levels in the organisation. • Provide support, guidance and training to HRC/HRO to ensure continuous skills development that assists the business needs. • Analysing HR management reports on identified risks, challenges, progress and statistics in order to identify trends on various issues and or recommend corrective actions. • Analyse HR financial reports, in terms of salary sign offs, operational costs verse turnover per employee/FTE, human capital productivity costs and provide integrated financial, operational and HR overview to support area changes and requests.
