The applicant for this position should be: Committed to professional development and the honing of their teaching practice; Able to integrate 21st century skills of collaboration and critical thinking into the curriculum; Passionate about education and leading a team of qualified professionals; Effective in communication and administrative skills; Computer-literate and able to integrate IT in the teaching programme, and Prepared to participate in pastoral, cultural, and extramural activities of the College. Requirements: Qualified with a relevant B Ed degree / Diploma / PGCE or equivalent; SACE certificate; A minimum of 5 – 10 years’ Grade 10 – 12 teaching experience is preferable (preferably IEB); Experience as an HOD would be advantageous. The successful candidate will commence duty on 1 January 2027 (negotiable).
