Curro is an equal-opportunity employer, therefore preference will be given to EE candidates. Key performance areas Coaching Knowledge of different swimming methodologies, and techniques. Program development and growth. Coaching of Pre-primary, Primary and High School swimming squads. Coaching of club squads. Ability to write various training programs to accommodate swimmers’ abilities and growth. Managing Ability to manage and lead the team of coaches. Program quality control. Aquatics facilities. Annual report of Aquatics program. Continuous Learning Stay updated with the latest swimming trends and techniques. Qualifications, experience and skills Grade 12 (NQF 4). 3 Years experience as swimming coach. Experience as Head coach of a program. Valid driver’s license. Level 1 First Aid. CPR certificate. Clear criminal record. SSA Level 1 certificate. SSA LTS certificate. Advantageous Degree in any related field. Proven track record of producing Junior National swimmers or higher.
