St Francis College, Benoni Executive Head An independent Grade R-12 school in Benoni, and a ThriveEd Learning Community. St Francis College is an independent, UMALUSI-accredited school in Benoni, Gauteng, founded in 1989. It offers one continuous journey from Grade R through to Matric across a Preparatory School (Grade R-6) and a High School (Grade 7-12), on a single campus. It is one of 10 ThriveEd schools across five provinces, with an 11th opening in 2027. The school was founded to create a safe space for children and takes its name from the Prayer of St Francis of Assisi. Its three pillars are Character, Commitment and Excellence, and its motto is Ad Siderum, to the stars. St Francis has been serving Benoni for more than 35 years. Who we’re looking for An experienced school leader: someone with an appropriate educational leadership qualification, a full and active SACE registration, and significant experience in senior management in an educational setting.
