The main purpose of this position is to: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Talent, Performance and Organisational Effectiveness (TPOE) strategy, partnering with University leadership, staff, and HR teams to build organisational capability, enhance performance, and advance the objectives of the University's People and Culture Strategy.
