Deputy Head

Deputy Head Lakeside Education Academy is a Gr 1-12 school that believes in providing a personalised learning experience where each learner can thrive. With small class sizes, passionate educators, and a focus on emotional wellbeing, we aim to create a positive environment for our learners. Our curriculum delivery is varied and inclusive, helping learners develop 21st-century skills such as collaboration, problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity, communication, technology, and information literacy. This is a full-time, on-site position for a qualified teacher, located in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, looking to make a difference in a leadership capacity in a smaller school. Requirements B.Ed or undergrad and PGCE (SP or FET) Strong English communication skills The ability to build strong, working relationships with learners and colleagues. Experience in developing and delivering dynamic lesson plans.
