BENEFITS AND EXITS OFFICER (Payclass 08; Permanent Post) Organisational Health, Appointment and Benefits Human Resources Department The University of Cape Town (UCT) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the permanent position of Benefits and Exits Officer within the Human Resources Department. This role forms part of the Organisational Health & Benefits team and is responsible for the day-to-day, efficient, accurate and compliant administration of all employee exit processes, including resignations, retirements, retrenchments, dismissals and death in service. This position also provides technical support and guidance to the Social Benefits Administrative Assistant in the execution of their day-to-day responsibilities.
