You will - Analyse the environment as well as the international clientele in order to adapt and optimise the Amazing Family programme - Plan, set up and lead relevant activities , bring to the attention of families by demonstrating the highlights of the Amazing family offer through the village concerned - Be responsible for safety in event organisation and equipment used for activities - Promote the ' Amazing Family' concept among families through the various communication tools - Represent the ' Amazing Family' project ; and unite the different resort teams around it - Ensure the proper conduct / drafting of the standard operating procedures (SOP) specific to the relevant resort . You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O) As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests ’ stay . Whether interacting with them , sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories . Being a G.O is much more than just a job.
