2 x Grinder Operators

Required Knowledge and Skills: Optimum utilisation of grinders to meet production requirements Sampling of all raw materials at start of each shift Daily cleaning of in-line magnets and working area Adhere to the health and safety procedures and standards Record the production sequence and machine downtime sheets Complete job cards To communicate regularly and immediately with the Production Supervisor and/or management on problems and faults regarding the grinders and reclaim equipment To communicate and work in a close relationship with the mixer operator to determine which raw material is in demand during the production process & Siding Personnel on raw material changeover and bunker storage. To provide Production Supervisor with full assistance when requested Be trained to relieve other personnel in their jobs if requested Perform ad hoc tasks as required by Mill operations and/or designated by Mill Management Required Qualification: Grade 12 with Mathematics Required Experience: Must have at least 1 year working experience in this industry or a similar type of role It would be preferable for candidates to have previous experience in a Feed Mill environment Must be physically fit Willing to work in dust and hot environment
